All About My Trip To Ghana

+233 Jazz Bar and Grill – The One that Got Away

233 Jazz Bar and Grill offers an unforgettable dining and entertainment experience. This establishment seamlessly blends the rich cultural heritage of Ghana with the soulful rhythms of jazz, creating a unique ambiance that draws both locals and tourists alike.

233 Jazz Bar and Grill is renowned for its eclectic menu, featuring a fusion of traditional Ghanaian cuisine and international flavors, from savory grilled kebabs to delectable seafood dishes. The bar offers an impressive selection of wines, cocktails, and local beverages.

The live jazz performances are the heart and soul of 233 Jazz Bar and Grill. Talented musicians captivate the audience with their smooth melodies and improvisations, creating an atmosphere of relaxation and enjoyment. The cozy, yet elegant, setting provides the perfect backdrop for a night out with friends, a romantic date, or even a solo retreat.

So, why did this spot get away from me? Three days after I arrived to Ghana, the Ga Traditional Council banned drumming and noisemaking in the country. And 233 Jazz Bar and Grill stopped live music performances for a month. Ga is a tribe in southeast Ghana. I was so shocked and disappointed that I banned myself from going there until the music resumed. So, it is now at the top of list when I return to Ghana soon.
